Really enjoyed the place, had an awesome stay for one night. The triple room was relaxing with a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set. The location was great, at a moderate distance from Museum of Natural History...
Nothing not too like.

The rooms were spotless in general, on verandah. The pool was great and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar. Their reception had tv. Location: the hotel was close to a train station and wineries, breweries, chocolate factories and mor.

What a lovely spot for a city break! The cozy indoor restaurant with its cute fire had such a charming vibe, and the gardens are perfect for enjoying meals outside. The location is key too-right near the heart of the action! I enjoyed the friendly staff and the quality of food that was both reasonably priced and delicious. And can I just say, the big breakfast was a highlight for me!
Now, on the flip side, I did notice some issues. The check-in process felt a bit disorganized—it was locked up when we arrived, which made it a little tricky. Plus, it would’ve been nice to have a breakfast option every day, not just Sundays. I found the early check-out at 10 am was a bit too rushed, especially after a late night.

Charming stay with good dining
I enjoyed my stay, with a special highlight being the delicious meals served in the lovely garden restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting, especially with the open fire in the dining area on a chilly evening. The room was spacious and clean, providing everything I needed for a comfortable night. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you're a light sleeper, as the nearby flight path can be quite noisy.

What a good stay! The staff were cute and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and clean, and the area had a charming historic vibe. Just a heads-up for light sleepers: planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us at all!

I really struggled with the noise from the planes overhead. Every morning, they were taking off ridiculously low, shaking the room and waking me up. My family slept through it, but for me, it was such a frustrating start to the day!

The charming verandah offered a serene spot for morning coffee, enhancing my overall experience and bringing a touch of nature to my trip. The database provided excellent information about local attractions, making it easy to plan my adventures.
I did notice a minor inconvenience: the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which made it challenging to stream certain content.

charming stay with a twist
The historic charm of the Rose & Crown in Guildford captivated us. The staff were attentive. Dinner at the pub was good, with every dish impressively crafted and served quickly.
Though charming, we did face a bit of noise from nearby flights and trains that might disturb light sleepers. Breakfast options were limited for hotel guests, but that didn't overshadow our overall experience.

Charming heritage building, vibrant beer garden, inviting outdoor courtyard
From room noise due to nearby airport to drink prices that seemed excessive for the area!!! Don't overlook the need for a wider menu variety or perhaps some soundproofing ideas!!!
